Cornell wins their first tournament game in 6 tries.  They are now 1-5 in the tournament.

Cornell's 78 points is the most points they have scored in the tournament.  Their previous high was 67 vs. Navy in the 1954 sweet sixteen.

Siena's 64 points is the fewest points they have scored in 10 tournament games.  Their previous low was 67 vs. Minnesota in the 1989 second round.
